After evaluation, the practice can review payment methods and, when available, third-party financing options. Approval, credit terms, interest, fees, and lending decisions are made by the financing provider—not by the dental practice.

Third-party financing
When the practice has an active relationship with a financing provider, patients may apply directly under that provider’s criteria and terms.
No approval guarantee
The practice cannot guarantee approval, credit limits, promotional terms, or the availability of a particular financing product.
Financing providers
No financing-company logo is displayed on this launch website unless and until Smile Aesthetics and Implant Dentistry has a current provider agreement authorizing public use. Contact the office for current information.
Refunds involving third-party financing
When a payment was made through a third-party financing account, an approved refund is generally returned to that account or processed as required by the financing provider. It is not ordinarily converted into a cash payment to the patient. The signed patient agreement and the provider’s rules govern the transaction.
