Healing and timing
Treatment timing depends on the accepted plan and healing. A temporary tooth may be possible in selected cases; other cases require a healing period before the definitive restoration.

Implant treatment carries risks that may include pain, swelling, bleeding, infection, altered sensation, injury to adjacent structures, implant instability or failure, bone or tissue loss, prosthetic complications, esthetic limitations, and need for additional treatment. The material risks relevant to your case are reviewed during informed consent.
Implants and implant restorations require professional maintenance and home care. Long-term outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and repairs or replacement may become necessary over time.
