New patients

A clear start to care

A preliminary conversation can help organize your visit, but final diagnosis and treatment planning require an appropriate in-person examination.

Step one

Tell us what you would like to address

Call or email our team to describe your goals, general dental concerns, travel considerations, and preferred appointment times. Please do not send medical records, identification, payment-card information, or sensitive health details through standard email.

Spanish-speaking team members are available for scheduling, general information, and care coordination. Dr. Moini provides clinical care in English, and interpretation support should be arranged when needed for informed clinical communication.

From preliminary screening to written treatment plan

01

Preliminary conversation or virtual screening

General goals and logistical questions may be discussed. This is not a final diagnosis or treatment plan.

02

In-person clinical examination

Dr. Moini evaluates your oral health and determines which imaging, photographs, scans, or other records are appropriate.

03

Review of options

Clinical findings, alternatives, material risks, expected stages, and limitations are discussed.

04

Written treatment and financial agreement

The treatment to be provided, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and included services are documented before treatment is accepted.

Records to bring

When available, bring recent dental radiographs, implant information, treatment summaries, medication lists, relevant medical-clearance information, and identification. The office will determine whether existing records are adequate or whether additional records are necessary.
